Ash wood veneer is one of our most popular engineered wood veneers. In some regions, it is referred to as reconstituted veneer, recomposed veneer, or man-made veneer. Engineered veneer is produced using fast-growing, renewable wood species such as Ayous, Basswood, or Poplar. The process involves compressing and molding dyed wood veneers in various colors.
Ash wood veneer retains the natural beauty and features of wood while being free from the defects typically found in solid wood. This is a significant advantage in the manufacturing and design of interiors, doors, and furniture. Engineered veneers are known for their consistent color, pattern, and grain structure, making them a preferred choice for many applications.
The popularity of engineered veneers, including ash wood veneer, continues to rise, particularly among millworkers, designers, and architects. This veneer type is especially favored for the production of interior doors.
